Historic marker at Grinter House, Kansas City, Kansas

During renovation at the Grinter House in Kansas City, Kansas, the marker erected by the Native Sons and Daughters was put in storage. Unfortuately, the storage location was lost, and the marker went missing for many years. With the dedication of many members, the marker was located, re-erected, and re-dedicated in May 2010.

More information about the Grinter House, including the museum, may be found at the Kansas State Historical Society's web site.
